2. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

In accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), oddvectorworks operates under strict confidentiality protocols. When you transmit project specifications via our correspondence station, we process personal data (name, electronic mail, technical parameters) solely for the purpose of engineering evaluation and contract fulfillment.

We do not harvest telemetry for commercial advertising or sell correspondence data to third-party botanical syndicates. All data is securely housed on encrypted European server nodes.

3. Terms of Software Development Service

All custom software applications engineered by oddvectorworks are bound by individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. Intellectual property rights for custom enterprise logic transfer to the client upon full liquidation of contracted compensation milestones, unless explicitly noted otherwise in botanical archival deeds.

Maintenance tiers and uptime guarantees are governed by service level agreements (SLAs) established during Stage I soil analysis.

4. Cookie Policy & Telemetry

Our research station utilizes localized `localStorage` flags and essential session cookies strictly to preserve UI state (such as cookie consent acknowledgment). No invasive tracking pixels or cross-site profiling mechanisms are embedded within our botanical ink frameworks.

5. Refund & Retainer Cancellation Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of software architecture and dedicated engineering allocation, retainer fees and sprint deposits are non-refundable once compilation phases (Stage III) have commenced. Unallocated project reserves may be returned upon formal written notice submitted to our Berlin office.
